The artist Kiddy Citny painted on the Berlin Wall in Kreuzberg back in the 1980s. After the Wall came down, his painted Wall pieces were auctioned and sold. They can be found all over the world and are a reminder of revolution and transformation. In 1990, Kiddy Citny painted on the East side of the Berlin Wall for the first time at the East Side Gallery.
To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the fall of the Wall, we are inviting children and young people to join him in painting on canvas. The pictures will be exhibited at the East Side Gallery on the 9th of November.
